Very HARD seat!

So disappointed! These chairs are attractive, heavy and seem well made. However, the photo is deceptive because the seat appears well cushioned, but it's not. The seat cushion is about 2 inches thick-quite hard and uncomfortable. I returned the item the next day...guess I'll have to go the furniture store route and try before I buy and spend far more.
