They Are Very Sharp!!

They are as they are advertised. Be careful, they are VERY SHARP. I read from a previous review, so when I received them, I tested them against the shipping bag they came in and they sliced the bottom of the bag upwards. I told my son about them and to be very careful. I am thankful to the review that alerted me as I hold the veg, fruit in my hand and slice them through to my thumb(hitting my thumb gently). I will not be cutting this way with these knifes. I am not disappointed. I like them, but will be so much more careful with them.

I love the weight of each knife. They don't feel heavy in my hand while I'm using them. I love that each knife has its own protective sleeve, so I won't cut myself when i put them away. Each knife glides while I'm cutting instead of me trying to saw through my meat. I am purchasing another set for a gift.
