I chose this product with the hope it was sturdier than similarly priced cages...to help reduce the noise. It worked. The cage construction is very solid. We have a cockatiel...and there's almost no sound from him climbing around (no rattling.) The instructions were poor (the mfg should redo them.) The tiny pictures made it difficult to see small detail (such as which direction a panel should be facing). It didn't help that the parts list and the components I received were different. Also the instructions do not list which screws to use at various times during construction, so you have to excersize judgement. (The mfg calls everything a stainless steel screw.) There was no instructions on how to attach the outside seed guard...but it was somewhat self explanatory. My package was missing one of the inserts needed to attach the wheels. Fortunately I decided (out of necessity due to missing pcs) not to use the wheels. Lastly, I ordered black, but I'd swear what I received is pewter. It looks nice either way, and I don't plan on returning it. (I can't, I've got the bird now.) Despite the above short comings I am very satisfied with this product. It works great and looks nice (once assembled.)

I was in need of a new cage. Bird store cages very expensive. Took my chances without seeing this in person and couldn't be happier. Extremely easy to assemble and looks great. I purchased the silver, which is really a very light gray. Beautiful color! Safety lock on door. Tray on bottom is far from the actual bottom, which is great because my bird can't reach the dirty bottom. Every other day-change bottom to clean. Very easy to slide out and back in. Overall, great cage, great price. Very pleased. So is my bird.
