I've had this for a few weeks now, so I've gotten to know them a little bit. I really love cooking with them. they are true no stick, my over easy eggs turn out perfect every single time. it is so nice to cook things and not have to scrape the pan to try to flip them. I only use silicone utensils so I don't have any issues with it scratching. I've also been hand washing after use, which is not a big deal at all since, as I said, nothing sticks to the pan. I love the idea of having removable handles, one of the pluses of that the whole set fits in a smaller cabinet with the handles removed. I really love these and I'm going to take good care of them so hopefully they last a long time.
