I purchased the Adams Penza Outdoor Resin Stack Chair with Phone Holder for my daughter to use on her apartment patio, and it has worked out really well for that kind of space. The chair is lightweight but feels sturdy enough for everyday use. That's especially helpful in an apartment setting where she may need to move it around or stack it when not in use. It doesn't take up much space, and being able to stack it is a nice bonus if she ever adds more outdoor seating. The built-in phone holder is a small feature, but she actually uses it more than expected. It's convenient for keeping her phone visible while she's relaxing outside, watching something, or just scrolling without having to hold it. Comfort is pretty standard, nothing fancy, but fine for sitting out on the patio for a while. A cushion would make it even better, but for quick lounging or casual use, it works just fine. Overall, it is a practical, no fuss chair that fits perfectly in a small apartment patio setting. It is simple, functional, and has just enough extra features to make it feel thoughtfully designed. Can be hosed off to clean.

I really like the chairs; however, when delivered they were filthy!! Even the drain hole in one was plugged up it was so dirty. I could not even sit in one until I had washed them down. They had obviously been outside in the weather and the person who delivered them did not care what they looked looked. I'm disgusted with how they were delivered but the chairs themselves are great.
