Oven to Table Game Changer!

This is a great pizza dish! Doubles as a cook surface as well as a serving tray. Light weight and a nice grade of polished stainless steel that easily rinses clean. And so easy to move food from oven to table. I wish I had found this item years ago. It would have saved lots of effort to balance and carry heavy stoneware.

Great Pans at a Great Price

My oven broke a few months ago. I bake everything in my Emeril Lagasse Convection oven. It does a good job, but you can only bake 10-inch pizza in it. These pans fit perfectly. The pizza came out tasting great and the crust was just the way I like it.

can make pizza using one a covection microwaves!!!

These pans work very well for my 12" pizzas. My oven only bakes at 400F so I "toast" my crust when the pie is done cooking to get the bottom to slightly burn like a neopolitian pizza would have. I simply put the stainless steel pizza pan directly on the electric burner for my stove top and wait till it starts to smoke then I remove the pie from the pan to prevent it from actually burning through.
