I was amazed how strong and sturdy this rebounder is. since I didn't get one with a bar which I wished I had I just put a chair in front of the rebounder so I can keep my balance since I'm almost 80. it's quiet very comfortable give you a great workout without having to even jump watch some YouTube videos on using the rebounder without jumping and still getting amazing effects.

Love it! Super quick and easy to set up ( less than 5 min). I've been using it daily. It has a nice firm bounce but is also easy on knees and ankles. The springs are quiet. I was really surprised at the high quality for the price. Nice and solid with no slipping on my wood floor. Not sure why anyone would prefer a more expensive one!
