So nice, I bought two.

I have two of these in my garage, one in back, ones in front. With 80 feet each on hand, I can head out into my driveway or out a side entry door into the backyard. These are heavy duty units and the locking mechanism works great both pulling the cord out and rewinding it. Since there is 80 feet of 12 gauge 3 wire cable, there is some weight to them. I hung both on my ceiling and it was a fairly simple process. I marked off where I needed to drill my pilot holes, used a cordless impact to drive the large included lag screws to within about a half an inch. I then hung the unit up and slid it over so it was hanging on it's own, then I used a ratcheting box end wrench to tighten the bolts the rest of the way. I would highly recommend these Reel Works units, and I'm confident their other lengths/gauges are high quality as well.
