I found my first one at Ross. Unfortunately I lost it, after more than a year of use. I use it almost every day. As someone who takes several hours to finish a single cup of coffee, it is just the most perfect thing. I love when a cup of coffee I made up 4 hours ago is still warm. I also love that I can control how fast or slow my sips are with that slidey thing on the lid!!! this has prevented me from burning myself very often lol. this company has good customer service too, my daughter broke the lid of my first cup, and they sent me a replacement once they were finally in stock which took months. the fact that they remembered me and still sent one was wonderful. And even though it broke when it got knocked to the floor, it still did prevent a giant massive spill from happening. this would be a perfect gift for someone who consistently lets their coffee or tea go cold. It also keeps cold drinks cold, I put an iced beverage in the fridge overnight and it still had some ice in it in the morning. Just remember it isn't microwavable! I'm clumsy and forgetful and this is the best cup ever. they also made their logo look like a hummingbird now which is way cuter than my first one, so in a weird way I'm kind of glad I lost my other one. I hope someone found it and took it home because this thing could potentially last decades. A rare high quality long lasting item, compared to so much of the slop they sell nowadays.
