Warranty Policy

At TST ebike, we provide up to 180 days warranty for our bikes. In general, we will cover most problems of the system and defects from the factory.

For detailed information on parts warranty coverage, please refer to the information below.

Exceptions

The warranty will be automatically expired if any unauthorized modification occurs. During the service ordering process, you must notify us of any unauthorized modifications, or any repairs or replacements not performed by TST that have been made to your product. We will not be responsible for any damage to the product that occurs during the repair process that is a result of any unauthorized modifications or repairs or replacements not performed by TST.

The warranty will NOT cover the problems caused by any of the following causes.

1. Any misuse of the product, such as using the bike for commercial/rental uses, play dangerous act, etc., riding the bike on the abnormal road conditions.

2. Any unauthorized modification to the product, such as disassemble the bike without direction by TST, faulty installation, repair, or maintenance by anyone other than TST.

3. The product has been in any accidents, such as traffic accidents.

4. The product has been in extreme environment (including extreme temperature or humidity), extreme physical or electrical stress or interference, fluctuation or surges of electrical power, lightning, static electricity, fire, acts of God or other external causes.

5. Anti-rust layer damage caused by misuse (the damage of anti-rust layer can lead to the corrosion and fracture of the parts).

The normal wear and tear of any Covered Component.

6. Consumables or normal wear and tear parts (including without limitation tires, tubes, brake pads, cables and housing, grips, chain and spokes).

7. Damage to Covered Components resulting from failure to follow instructions in the ebike owner's manual, acts of God, accident, misuse, negligence, abuse, commercial use, alterations, modifications, improper assembly, installation of parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible with the ebike as sold, operator error, water damage, extreme riding, stunt riding, or improper follow-up maintenance.

Determining whether damage or defect to an ebike or covered component is protected by this limited warranty shall be in the sole discretion of TST.

The email and shipping address you used when placed order

Pictures/Short videos of the problems and a brief description of the problems

Parts and Labor

TST may provide both parts and labor, but may direct that you replace certain parts yourself, as described below. In most cases, we do not require you send the defective parts back to us.

Do-It-Yourself

(DIY) Parts Service. DIY Parts Service allows you to service your own product. If TST determines that DIY Parts Service is available to you, TST will ship to you a replacement part for your product. The replacement part will be accompanied by instructions on installation and any requirements for the return of the replaced part. TST reserves the right to decide if the labor costs relating to DIY Parts Service will be covered or not.

For any repair outside the Warranty

Even if your problems are not covered by the Warranty, you can purchase the replacement parts from us. As the manufacturer, we offer competitive prices for the parts of our bikes. To purchase replacement parts from us, please contact us at  Walmart-Sports-TS@outlook.com for further information.

We DO NOT accept the return of the bike without emailing us first. If you have any problems with the product, please contact us at Walmart-Sports-TS@outlook.com . Our dedicated customer support will be more than happy to assist you.       

Shipping Damage

Damage to a covered components during shipping is not covered by this Limited Warranty, but TST will replace such damaged covered components if you:

Notify TST of a covered components damaged in the shipping process within fifteen (15) days of your receipt of the ebike;

Provide TST with a dated picture of the damaged covered components;

Take note of any immediately recognizable damage on the shipper’ s Bill of Lading prior to signing off on the shipment.

Shipping damage claims are very time-sensitive, and you must inspect your ebike for damage as soon as you receive it.

If you choose to set up your own independent shipping method, such as use of a freight forwarder or other similar service, TST will not replace any Covered Components damaged during such shipping method.

Credit Card Chargebacks

If any ebike purchase becomes subject to a credit card charge back in any amount, and you are still in possession of the ebike, then this Limited Warranty shall be invalidated until the credit card charge back has been resolved.

Claims Process:

TST will not replace covered components under this limited warranty without first seeing photos or video of the damaged components.

In order to exercise your right to receive a replacement for a Covered Component under this Limited Warranty, you must:

Initially, the Product Support team will identify simple solutions for the issue with your ebike.

When the Product Support team determines that a Covered Component needs to be replaced, they will provide you with instructions on how to return the defective Covered Component and receive a replacement.

After you receive the replacement Covered Component, the Product Support team will assist you in replacing or installing the new Covered Component into your electric bike.

The shipping costs associated with returning a Covered Component will be your responsibility, unless TST agrees to pay them in writing. Replacement Covered Components under this Limited Warranty shall only be shipped to the address of the original purchaser.

THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND TST’S ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. TST’S LIABILITY SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE EBIKE, NOR SHALL TST UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

TO THE EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, TST DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE FOR THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

RETURN & REFUND

Order Shipping & Return Policy

If you’re not satisfied with any part of your purchase or gifting experience for any reason at all, please read the following carefully to understand our return policy.  We hope you will be pleased with your purchase.

Cancellation Policy

We process orders very quickly to ensure the fastest delivery possible. We cannot make any change after 2 hours, so please double confirm your address, phone number, order detail, and other information ASAP once the order is placed.

Once your order has gone into a processing queue with our distribution center, we cannot make any changes to the order. If you discover a mistake with your purchase, please contact our customer service team immediately.  

Shipping Policy

All of our orders are shipped via Fedex or UPS. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped! All orders are processed within 2 hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. A refused delivery or canceled by the buyer will be subjected to a fixed rate fee up to $100 per ebike to lower our shipping costs.

Return Policy

Note: We charge 15% Handling fee for non-quality issue return.

Just a quick heads-up: if you need to return your item for any reason, please make sure to keep the original packaging. It’s important for a smooth return process and helps us make sure you get your refund or exchange without delay.

Return of Unused Items Within 14 Days of Receipt.

All buyers must return our original items within 14 Calendar Days of Receipt in order to get the full refund with no restocking fee; for a full refund on merchandise (not used, not damaged, or not missed parts) accompanied by the original receipt within 14 Calendar Days of purchase. The refund will be issued within 5 Business Days to the original payment method after our RMA department inspects the bike. Please note that all buyers will be responsible for the costs of returning the items unless we delivered the items to you in error.

Return Unused Items After 14 Days

If the buyer changes his/her mind about a purchase and returns an item in the original condition without the return window, it may incur up to a 20% stocking fee /handle fee. The refund will be issued within 5 Business Days to the original payment method after our RMA department inspects the bike.

Return used item within 30 days

We will not accept any returns after 30 days from the delivery date. All used items must return within 30 days free from any damage. Electric bikes must have less than ten (10) miles on the odometer. Otherwise, we will charge up to 35% restocking fee/ handle fee.

Return Procedures, COD, and Timing.  Don't hesitate to contact the customer service team at Walmart-Sports-TS@outlook.com. Once we have received and processed your return, we will respond to the email address on file and update you on the status of the return. No return material authorization (RMA) number is needed for the buyer to return the purchase. We do not accept cash on delivery (COD) payment for any purchase. In general, you may see your refund credit back to your original payment method within 72 hours/ 3 days of processing (or on your following paper statement)

Return Shipping Cost:

All return costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are returning an Ebike please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

No Bike Shop Returns/ Exchanges. Please note that each of our distributors, partner bike shops or dealers has its own return and exchange policies and procedures. We do not accept returns of items purchased from other channels/platforms/distributors/partner bike shops or dealer shops.
