Honestly I was skeptical with it being competitively priced. The first two weeks we emptied it daily. Humidity here in Arkansas left our house around 60-62 degrees with our AC going. My goal was around 50% humidity (hopefully.) fast forward a month later, we're sitting at 50-52% in the house, we still empty the unit every other day but it's quiet, and works as advertised. I can't recommend it enough. We're still amazed when we empty it and all the water pours out. We use the water out in the garden so it's a great cycle.
