Sturdy. Spinning wheels for easy maneuvering. Expandable zipper. The 20" don't have the side supports (legs) that the 24" ones do, but that's not a big deal. Purchased 3 (20" x 2 and a 24") for multiple road trips cross-country and they've held up fine. The 20" can hold about 5-7 women's sweaters and 5 pairs of women's pants. I'd recommend sizing up to the 24" if you're a large person. So many companies have bought out their competitors and cheapened their products, it doesn't make sense anymore to spend top dollar on "quality products" because most are made by the same manufacturers anyway. These have worked just as good or better than more expensive luggage cases we've owned.

This was the perfect size, perfect pockets, and rolled easily at the airport.
