Holstein Housewares Ceramic Nonstick 3.5QT Saucepan Pot with Lid and Gold Stainless Steel Handle, Dishwasher Safe

I bought this item knowing full well that it was a saute sauce pan, and it's quality has exceeded my expectations. Last month I bought the Holstein wok which was so lightweight and easy to clean that I was inspired to look for the sauce pan. The aluminum core makes the pan fast to heat up on my glass too range but lightweight enough for me to use everyday to cook anything with worry of spilling because of arthritis in my shoulder. I love that the pan wipes clean easily regardless of what I cook. For example, today I made a heavy syrup for carmel corn which would normally make cleanup difficult, but the sticky residue washed out with a gentle swish of the dishcloth. Thank you
