Great blower for the money! Walmart shipping broke

Well worth the money so far. sure beats a shovel and it really handles snow very good. Throws the snow a good distance of like 20 t feet. used on gravel drive and left about an inch and it worked perfect. also it showed up with the choke knob broken off. i had to contact the company and had to send the same pics 3 times but they finally mailed me a new carb. wich will fix the issue. The box was in perfect condition so the damage was done before it was boxed up. So wasnt the manufactors fault but they upheld the warranty. Very good service on their part just took a long time. luckily i was able to start it without the part but it was not easy

came in with a broken chute gear bolt was to tight and a broken start button said do not return to store tryed everything to contact the company no one answers the phone so i txt the main company in china same thing no answer back so i had to cut off bolt get a new one and re assemble it to be able to use it isay overall its pritty crapy how i was treated will never buy power smart agin
