My excitement upon the arrival of this cute little tree quickly evaporated when I saw the way it which it was shipped. It arrived simply wrapped in plastic, no box. This tree was literally tapped up tight like a bouquet with no protection. It was broken to bits. There is no sense to the assembly, nor are there instructions. The wicker basket is shoddy too. Not cute, terrible delivery situation. Would give zero stars if it were possible.
