Crap tablet vs google

This tablet was supposed to be great for my school work/ actual work, but it's so slow, I don't even think it's as big as it claims since I got a screen protector in the same size and it didn't fit it was too big and it was 10.1 inches like the tablet (or so the tablet claimed) and idk if it's just the tablet or actual google bullcrap but you can't install anything since it just give you an error code on google play, and when you try to make a different account it keeps telling me there's a server connection and tells me to try again later I've had this since 3pm it's 10pm and I've been messing with it all day to get it to work, now idk if it really is google being poopy but if it's the tablet f u guys for selling it.

This item does not have the needed software and certificates installed to access the google networks. So when you click on any of the google apps (gmail, playstore, etc) it says "cannot connect to the servers" so you can't do anything!! Even just changing a couple of basic settings and putting up a new wallpaper the battery dropped by 10%! Returning immediately!
