The product was perfect. But me being unable to get out of the house was a problem. It was delivered to the wrong address. Whoever the carrier is they need to double check before they drop it off. There's no way to contact anyone from Walmart without waiting 48 hours. It should not be my responsibility to get someone to find it and deliver it.

Assembly was a bit difficult, but only due to the directions not being clear. They needed bigger illustrations, and more of a 1-2-3 format. It was quite difficult to see some of the steps clearly. Someone should stop to consider that older folks eyes don't see as well as others, I am 76 years old and do have some mobility problems. I have a bathtub, as opposed to a walk-in shower. This chair helps me after I step into my tub. I am glad to be able to sit in the chair and keep my balance. If one has a walk-in shower, it would be even more convenient ( and safe ) to use this chair. The rubber feet provide a large amount of stability, and the legs can be adjusted for height. There are slotted openings on each side of the seat you could use for your shower wand or even a back brush. The seat is quite comfortable and amply sized, with hand holds on each end. I am, overall, quite pleased with this chair.

The chair was missing a screw so I can't really use it until I can find a screw to fit the chair. I don't want to go through the hassle of sending it back because I have thrown away the packaging. So I guess I'm stuck with trying to find a screw that will fit. Companies should make sure all parts are included before shipping.
