I’m confused by the negative reviews. I’m going to assume that other purchasers did not read up on the multiple ways of hanging hats in the product description. I bought this for my husband’s birthday and had the rack and hats hung in 10 minutes with a drill, tape measure and level. Truly, it was that simple. I hung the hats by the button on the top of the cap, and the reveal looks so nice. The plastic is a little thin, but I don’t think the price can be beat! Very pleased with this purchase.
