Pour this seasoned mixture over the chicken until well coated. Do not air-fry at 400°f, which is the automatic setting on most air fryers. Otherwise, the coating will burn. Instead, set the air fryer temperature at 360° f . One leg quarter will cook in 30-40 minutes. Experiment with the temperature of your air fryer. I found that 30 to 40 minutes at 360°f for one leg quarter is perfect. Make sure to thoroughly oil all sides, then coat generously. This method with this product is such an easy way to make crispy tasty air-fried chicken! For even better results,submerge raw chicken in kefir or buttermilk overnight. It gets even more tender and flavorful by marinating two days in the fridge. You don't need oil if you use buttermilk. Just shake off excessive buttermilk or kefir, then roll your chicken in this seasoned bread crumb mixture. If the chicken is still cold, you may need to cook chicken longer.
