It's better than I expected. Unfortunately. I forgot curry powder stains everything as I were cutting my cooked chicken breast into strips. But I love it and I'm so pleased I was able to purchase it at such a low price or it would have been a wish list item. Ps. Suprisingly, I just checked the knife upon upload, the saturated yellow curry tint came off. My child manually cleaned the dishes great.🥲😍 Which means its probably dishwasher safe too and bleach safe. Thank you.

You can spend 100 dollars to a thousand dollars for a high quality knife hand forged, hand tempered, and folded 1000 times but it would not cut or perform any better than this knife. Your expensive knife would need to be sharpened less often but would be harder to sharpen and it is unlikely to be as sharp as you bought it, unless you paid 5 dollars or more for a professional to sharpen it. This knife cuts like a 100 dollar knife and fits your hand well. It takes and holds an edge well and it cost 10 dollars. If you want to impress somebody buy the expensive knife, if you want a knife that works well and lasts for years, buy this knife. I personally like the design and utility of this knife. It has a nice sharp point as well as a sturdy blade for thicker cuts.
