However, it has been seven days since I sent my message, and I am still waiting for their response. It's extremely disheartening to encounter such a seller's lack of responsiveness, especially when it concerns product quality and customer satisfaction. Their failure to acknowledge and rectify the issue reflects poorly on their commitment to customer service and quality control. As a consumer, I value transparency, accountability, and prompt resolution of issues. Unfortunately, this experience has left me profoundly unsatisfied and hesitant to patronize this seller in the future.
