I love the coffee, but delivery is a real problem. I don't like the fact that you cannot cancel an order. When the coffee starts piling up, while we are on vacation, etc. I cannot cancel one delivery to reschedule another. We don't have to call and start an order, why call to cancel?

I've been drinking this coffee for years because of its smooth, not bitter taste. My only complaint is that I can only drink it early in the morning because it is not decaffeinated. Please could you provide it in a caffeine-free cup? It is my favorite coffee.
