After using this product for years, I have not had cavities. Seriously. It also makes my teeth a little whiter. Not over the top white, but noticeable. I never knew I had sensitive teeth until one time I tried another toothpaste brand and after about a week, I noticed I started have sensitivity to cold foods. Crest brand was doing its job!
