The color is vibrant and there are many shades to choose from...I was looking for a dark, bright pink and the Rose seemed suitable. It's perfect, exactly what I was looking for, for Valentine's Day. I made Stranger Things upside down Chips Ahoy replica cookies and used this to dye the inside filling (a strawberry cream cheese) and it turned out great. The gel allows you to add slowly until you get the desired color. It was a rich red that popped against the nearly black cookie. I'm unable to upload a photo unfortunately. The gel is thick so you'll need a small utensil to scoop it out.

We made a Stranger Things gingerbread house this year to celebrate the last season of ST. Needed a black food coloring and this one really performed well. We had white frosting so I like that you can add the color slowly to make a gray or a black. It's thick, so you need a small utensil to spoon it out. Unfortunately the website wouldn't allow me to upload a photo, the house turned out adorable with black vines, and a "gate" on the front.
