The description of this item says nothing about having to inflate it yourself and it was bought as a gift. Unable to return directly to Walmart and upon contacting the seller, they only offered a 10% refund. After explaining that I would have to buy a replacement or buy a pump, they offered 30% refund. After asking why they cannot just refund the $9 in full, they offered 50%. It cost them more than $9 to pay someone to send 3 separate emails arguing instead of just refunding in full.
