Yes yes - the springs break

However, the company is AWESOME about sending replacements. I've seen other products mimic this style, mainly because it works. You only need one hand to use it and it does the job you want it to. The springs DO deform and eventually break (I got more use out of mine by using needle nose pliers to re-bend the ends). When I finally broke down and called the company to find out where I could get more springs, they just quickly told me they'd send me new ones. No fuss, no receipts necessary - just an address. Great!

Great Scoop

We've had this scoop for a few years & it's worked great! One of the springs broke a few weeks ago. I ended up on this site & saw the reviews about the springs. I guess we're lucky for ours to have lasted years until a spring broke. I'll call customer service for a replacement , but I agree with the other reviews...they should send a pack of replacement springs when you purchase the scoop.
