I got this to add to a room that family was going to stay in. It worked out great. It was easy set up and was not very loud to run. It was put in a pretty good sized room and kept the area nice and cool for them. The controls were easy to understand and the remote is a great feature(plus its big so it makes it easier to find). The added hose was easy to run the a wall, but it can easily be put to exit through a window.

I love these I've got a little bit window in my bedroom and these are perfect for the window size. It may be a 12 inch window across so it fits perfect are easy to install. It worked great they got roly wheels I don't use them. I just put mine on top of a bucket and use it they're extremely good. I've had them before my other one lasted 3 1/2 years and I bought this one because I like it.
