It really does help with gas, I eat a high fiber diet so I tend to get bloating %26 gas cuz of it. If I stop taking this %26 just take a regular probiotic it doesn't do what this one does. This product will continue to be in my daily supplement regimen.

Bye Bye Gas and Bloating after 2 days

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Capsule is easily to swallow. I have bad gas and bloating stomach whenever consuming spicy or carb, but after taking it for 2 days, I noticed my stomach is feeling way better. I'm taking 1 capsule every afternoon before having lunch. Great gas and bloating relief so far. The bottle is quite big compared to the quantity of the capsules. Overall, recommend it to try.
