Thos Fettucine noodle makes pasta noghts divine. Use any meat, veggie-. eat and vegetables with any sauce. I love to make Fettuccine Alfredo. And I don't fear sugar spikes. I do not feel denied or deprived of my favorite dishes. It's simply delicious!

Going Keto has left me with no pasta choices until I discovered these little gems. Had them tonight with Alfredo and it was sheer heaven! The fishy smell disappears after you rinse them well for a few minutes and once they are in the boiling water any left over totally disappears. They take on the taste of whatever sauce they are in and stay firm. They slurp just like traditional pasta. I will be a customer for life! 0 Carbs, 0 Fat, ZERO everything and they are REAL! Made from the Konjac plant ... I highly recommend this product!

Great low-carb noodle!

I like using Shirataki noodles in all of my Asian noodle dishes replacing rice or flour noodles with this zero-carb option. You must rinse it first then boil in broth or bouillon to add flavor as it has none, but all-in-all a great option for low carb, keto lifestyles. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
