Good color but more blue than teal or green

Like the color! But it definitely dries as a bright blue with no hint of green. The first three pics definitely show a teal/blue-green...and the description says greenery. The color dries as a bright blue, pretty close to the background color of the last picture. I do like it but this time around was looking for something with a teal-green tone.

Idk if I received a bad batch, or this is the formula of this nail polish, but the one I received was incredibly thin and i had to paint like 10 layers to make the color opaque.
