Seriously ridiculous as the card wasn't scanned correctly and then they were like no returns. bull pucky, it says no returns on activated plans, so they finally gave me the money back and i just paid for the plan thru the app online!

Ordered this item twice from two different stores. Canceled both times due to unavailability. Although each time it was in stock at the time of order placement. I also ordered a phone to go along with it. Phone was delivered to wrong address, 14 blocks from my house. When did incompetence and ignorance become the rule, rather than the exception? How does Walmart stay in business when they get more negative than positive reviews? Not that Walmart cares, but I will be shopping at Target from now on.
