Great combination!

I use this product for long bike rides or other longer/more intense workouts. I mix it with water so that in total, I'm getting the hydration, BCAA, and electrolytes I need to perform at my best. This product mixes really well with water and this flavor taste great. I have found the amount and ratio of ingredients to work really well. It could be overkill for lower intensity workouts depending on how much your body utilizes, but for longer and more intense workouts, this product is great. If you need a little extra "kick in your step", get the one with caffeine.

Best Price for both EAA's and BCAA's. Amazing Taste

Go and search the internet for both EAA's and BCAA's and most products you find are 2x or even 3x the price of this. Tons of BCAAs and EAA's but to find them together in just 1 supplement is hard and pricey. Not hGNC though. I just put 2 scoops in 1 Liter of water, shake, and take with me to the gym. Have it both intra and post. Tastes great and affordable so no worries of having to stop anytime soon. Thanks GNC!
