I don't know if this is a cookie or a life coach disguised as oatmeal and raisins. One bite and my inner child woke up, apologized for doubting vegan snacks, and asked for another box. one of my favorite snacks for at work. I discovered these in a vending machine for 3.00 a piece in Tucson Arizona. I love that i can save money by buying cases instead of individual products. take 1 every other work day and the case of 12 will last 3 weeks before I have to restock my supply. Soft and chewy and rready to go at break time half in morning half in afternoon for the perfect pick up when energy is running low. Boom Highly recommend these cookies.
