I had Culligan reverse osmosis in my home for a number of years and it did not do as well as these. Granted, I lived at the coast where the water was very sandy and I did not understand how to change the filters. Now I live in an RV and water measures vary depending on where you are. This It is important to attach the filter firmly to the upper portion of the jug so all of the water is filtered. It is also good to check the water with a meter at least every 3-5 jugs. Mine starts 115- 130 and registers 0 PPM after. Once they start slowing in the filtration process, you likely will find the PPM measure is greater than 5. It is a good time to change the filter. The main reason I chose these is that they remove "forever chemicals" PFOA %26 PFOS" which do not break down in the environment. When I drink the water tastes good, is clear, makes great ice and does not worry me about potential chemical exposures.. I will continue to use these when traveling and will shop for a new Culligan, with similar performance, once I stop traveling.

We bought a Zero Water pitcher during the pandemic. And it makes the water filtered and taste better. But the filters need to be changed in few weeks depending on how much water drank. This package was the most affordable I could find around, better than Walmart store prices. And the same quality.
