mislabeled parts/drilled holes on the oppositeside
horrible instructions, scratch Marks, mislabeled parts, not enough screws (calls for 13 a's, only comes with 8), the holes of the sides are on the opposite side. I like to do things myself, but I quickly realized how the parts were mislabeled and how the holes weren't on the right side in order to do the function called for. my husband then took over and tried himself, he made it so that the first two sides were put together, but now we realize that the other 2 parts don't fit in because we had to rearrange the first part because of opposing sides and holes AND MISLABELED parts. I am 34 weeks pregnant with a 2 year old, I cannot stress to you have annoying and stressful this crib has been, it was a gift from my mother in law and I don't have the heart to tell her how much stress this crib is causing me. I have put other cribs together before that were not this stressful and did not have mislabeled parts. I do not recommend this brand at all. she also bought us a changing table from this brand and we haven't even started on that mess. The only reason I am giving it 2 stars is because it does look pretty, but that's about it. OH, and I tried calling their helpline for help, was on hold for over an hour so I just hung up. as a pregnant mother of a toddler I don't have time for that.
