Better than high-end pencils!

"I can't believe how good this is for the price. It's creamy, goes on smoothly, and the color is perfect—not too waxy or fake looking. Great price and looks amazingly like real eyebrows

Who can go wrong with the price of Elf? This is my go to makeup brand and I love the fact that they have it in blonde. Most eyebrow pencils seem to be too dark for me but this brand has three colors: blonde, neutral, brown. I have tried both the blonde and the neutral. I will use neutral in a pinch but blonde is my go-to color. I have very sparse eyebrows and they're very light which is why I like the blonde and it goes on wonderfully and looks completely natural.

I was in need of a new brow pencil and decided to try this one, so glad I did! It's perfect for a quick brow and it's so feathery that you cant tell I'm using a pencil for filling.
