Wal Mart fails again

We asked that the item be delivered to our door but instead, they delivered to our apartment building's package room. The desk we ordered was supposed to be 78 inches long and 39.5 inches wide. We were not able to transport OR lift this 84-pound box. When we called the Bed Bath and Beyond helpline they blamed WM for the delivery error but offered no reason that the item was the wrong size as well. VERY disappointed both in WM and their (off-site delivery partner) - in closing - we returned item and WILL NOT purchase these types of items from WM OR Bed Bath and Beyond again.
