Hard plastic that you need to "fold" to make a box. The ribbon is plastic. Lots of lights to put inside the box; all connected. I had to toe it closed, bit small circular tabs were included. No directions.

I normally read the reviews before purchasing but I rushed on ordering this one because I wanted to get my decor together sooner rather than later. BIG mistake. I thought it was 3 pieces combined as one only to read after the fact that it was 1 piece….LITERALLY. Ok, my bad HOWEVER, this thing was like putting a puzzle together, which I love, but not this time. It's because of what it's made of that made it not so pleasurable. Once you figure out that you have to re-crease the edges in the opposite direction to make the box, you then have to figure out the bow thing. Reading the reviews I've learned that I need to tape it, despite the fact that tape or no other adhesive came with it. Yeah, this was more trouble than it's worth. Also, once I put the lights in and tape it, then I have to keep un-tapping it to turn the light on and off or figure out a way to leave the battery compartment out if the box???? 🫤😒 The trickery of this product is real!! And I don't like it. My first picture shows after I figured it out and the second picture is of the bow that I have not put together yet. Wish me luck!!
