I can't speak to the claims of how long it keeps drinks hot or cold, because I just received it, but I love the design, it's the perfect weight and size and the color is so cute! I love that it has a spout to drink out of and a straw on the inside so I don't have to tip it to drink out of it, I can just suck from the spout.
