I wasn't expecting the lather and creaminess and was pleasantly surprised. Really soft foamy lather, cleaned well without stripping or drying. I like this shampoo a lot (I didn't like the matching conditioner though). I have oily scalp and thin hair and this cleaned very well and left my hair soft.
