This knife organizer is a great alternative to knife blocks. It fits in a drawer (the measurements are given in the description) and holds 15 knives--small ones toward the front and large ones toward the back. I love it because I can put various size/color knives in the block without displaying odd knives on the counter-top. It also protects the hands when digging the knives out of a drawer. The knife organizer is high quality--should last forever!
