Absolutely love this skillet as it's so easy to clean but most of all the way it cooks and I don't even have to use an oil unless I want too. This surface is tough and durable so far. Been using a few months now and no scratches. I've gone thru several other skillets that either scratch or get burnt from the heat and this is by far my favorite one yet! Got the smaller one also as it's a great buy!

This pan is aesthetically beautiful. Great non stick. If food happens to stick to the pan, you can use a clean cloth or soft paper towel to wipe clean. I have had this pan for 6 months, we use the t multiple times a day. It continues to work great! If you cook either low to medium heat and let pan cool on its own before placing in water as instructed. This pan will retain its beauty. Pan does not warp.
