This really does work to help "rehab" your joints and with continued use, it does provide me with better joints, more stability etc. I only wish there were more than 3 programmed levels. I especially loved that the P1 setting is like a rehab for joints. I used that setting for 2 weeks before I moved up.

I've had leg cramps for several weeks and thought this might help keep them flexible. I run it for 30 minutes every day and it seems to be helping. I keep it in the leg well of my desk, so the remote is handy. I don't have to drag it out and bend down to start it up and set the speed. I wouldn't rate it as any kind of workout as the machine is doing most of the work. But my legs feel good afterwards. Good value at less than half the cost of the TV name brand.
