Arrived broken and return hassles

The sofa bed was broken when we got it. A wheel was misaligned, so it wouldn't open at all. Additionally, the hardware to attach the back to a railing was also misaligned and couldn't be attached. Our return with Walmart has also been terrible. We were supposed to bring it downstairs and leave it outside - they wouldn't get it from the room we had purchased it for. Then the pick up company didn't show up, even though we had written confirmation of when they were supposed to come. They finally came the next day, after we called again about it. We are now waiting for our refund. It's been 8 days and it has been sitting at the "carrier terminal" for 6 of those days. AVOID at all costs!
