Cute Awning

I love this awning! It is a wonderful addition to my Mom's little cottage. It provides shade for her and her plants on the porch during the summer. It also does quite well with the rain. We do roll it up if there's wind as not to take any chances. I have had no problem with the framing or operation of the awning. I am disappointed in the material cover used at the time it was made. It has lasted 2 years. I don't believe there was any protective coating. Also the material awning cannot be replaced. I am ordering another to replace this one because we loved it so much. I just feel it's a bit of a waste of perfectly good of the awning frame. I will be treating the new one!!
