Restored Faith

In June 2018 I bought this product and used it periodically with satisfied results. In October user error caused the powered carpet head to break, having difficulty finding a replacement I contacted customer service to express my frustration. Within ten days I had a full replacement and was able to resume using the product. I find it does the job it is intended for, just be cautious with edges of throw rugs as the suction is very strong which is a good thing. Thank you again Haley and the team for a job well done.

This cordless vacuum works much better than previous versions we have tried from other manufacturers. The run time is good and the removable hand held unit is a handy feature. We would recommend it.

Excellent cordless stick vac

I had an older model of the Dirt Devil Reach Max and it worked well. Have a Golden Retriever so lots of long hair and this has done well with it. We use it almost every day and it lasted 2 years and 8 months before the motor head died on it. It has a ton of suction, works great for our hard floors and rugs. This charges super fast, in like under an hour from dead to full and it lasts easily 20+ minutes on a charge even on max power (even after 2+ years on the old one). It's awesome that you can take the stick off and use it on like stairs or furniture. Don't have any of the issues other negative reviews say. I checked reviews for other cordless stick vacs and they all had negative reviews so I'm just going with that you can't please everyone. The only thing that could be improved on this is having an led light on the front of the motor head so you can see in darker areas.
