Children Of Anguish and Anarchy Walmart Exclusive

This final book in The Legacy of Orïsha series leaves me with a sense of sorrow. I'm sad the story's over. Despite the inconsistencies with Nailah in this book, this story was amazing. Zélie was just supposed to sell the fish and go home; I can't help but wonder if she'd have done that if she knew everything that would happen that day. Watching Zélie, Amari, Inan, and Tzain grow character wise throughout this series is what real storytelling is all about. Did I cry? Yep. Smile? Absolutely. Rage? More than once. Ms. Adeyemi is an amazing storyteller. Though there probably isn't anything important left to tell for Orïsha and it's people, I hope someday we'll get brought back to this world, just to see how everyone is doing with the new way things were put into place. I give this book 5 of 5 Paws as I add this series to my Read Again bookcase.
