Fatty which is odd for wings

I was shocked by how fatty these are. I'm not kidding when I say they're gelatinous inside. Like pure fat. There's a little bit of meat so I pull that out and my child likes it. I'm not sure why all of these are so fatty but I tried all better goods wings and every one of them is fatty without meat. It's not just the skin tho the skin has a weird fatty texture too it's beyond it
