Inaccurate readings
I submitted a video to the Seller showing that my one ounce silver coins were weighing more than an ounce. Basically, it is inaccurate. The Seller did send me some steps to calibrate|troubleshooting steps the scale. I thought it was working, considering it reflected PASS etc. But ultimately, it still reflected 3x the actual value of the coin. The Seller immediately refunded me even though I wanted a replacement. Because of the Seller's willingness, they will receive feedback based on their efforts. Versus 1 star because it didn't work as hoped. Gratitude for trying!
