This is my best by far of most of the protein shakes. The value, flavor and texture are great, with no aftertaste like most others. I was hesitant at first because of the fruity cereal part of it, but I am so glad that I gave it a try. The only issue I have is that sometimes the store doesn't have it in stock.

I would recommend this I bought the different types of it and so far I have not been disappointed it seems to give you that added energy that you're looking for though I know it's not an energy drink it has a lots of protein in it and it just makes you feel good when you're dieting The Taste is awesome I've tried the other flavors but this one tastes like you drinking Fruit Loops cereal this got an amazing taste is so flavorful it makes me feel good when I drink it it's not chalky it's not too thick you're not going to gag or choke on it it doesn't make you nauseous it's really good to have when you're at work and you don't have time for breakfast but you know you need to eat something or have something in your system this is the way to go and especially when you're dieting this really helps you get that energy to walk around or you know exercise to do what you have to do it's really really good I would recommend it and the price for the money you can't beat it the quality is awesome definitely will be buying more

smells good... chemical like taste though

The smell is fantastic. It smells like the milk from a bowl of fruit loops. The taste isn't terrible as long as you can get past the chemical-like initial taste. I don't want to say I would never buy it again but I'm definitely exploring other options before going back to this one.
